Nicole Gann is President & CEO of Juliette Fowler Communities, where she leads one of Texas’ most distinctive intergenerational communities serving children, families, and older adults.
A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience, Nicole is recognized for guiding organizations through complexity, growth, and transformation. Her career spans finance, operations, human resources, governance, and large-scale development — giving her a rare enterprise-wide perspective on what makes mission-driven institutions sustainable.
Since stepping into the CEO role in 2018, Nicole has strengthened board governance, rebuilt leadership infrastructure, advanced affordable housing initiatives, and positioned Fowler for long-term vitality. She is known for bringing clarity where systems are fragmented and for aligning people around shared outcomes.
But Nicole’s leadership is not defined by metrics alone.
A breast cancer survivor, she continued to lead the organization while undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and ongoing treatment. The experience deepened her conviction that strong performance and genuine humanity must coexist. Today, she champions cultures where accountability is high, communication is clear, and people are supported as whole human beings.
Nicole is a respected voice on change leadership, executive resilience, and the partnership between boards and management. She is passionate about developing leaders who can carry mission and margin together.
She lives in Texas with her husband, Steve, and remains energized by building organizations that will serve generations to come.
Alexandria Lueth, MHSA, CPA, is an empathetic professional with extensive experience directing financial and operational processes within healthcare settings. With a strong background in developing financial and clinical integration strategies, she has proven leadership abilities that enhance financial outcomes, quality of care, and patient satisfaction. She is proficient in fiscal management, operations management, strategic planning, quality assurance, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
At Juliette Fowler Communities, Alexandria serves as Vice President of Finance, where she helps ensure the financial strength and sustainability of the organization in support of its mission and long-term impact.
Lori Rice-Huffman is a Registered Nurse and operational leader with more than two decades of healthcare and senior living experience. She began her nursing career in 2003 after graduating from Covenant School of Nursing and later earned her BSN from Lubbock Christian University and her MSN from Texas Tech University.
Since joining Juliette Fowler Communities in 2021, Lori has held different roles and now supports operations across independent living, assisted living, memory support, and affordable housing programs as Vice President of Operations. Her work is shaped by a blend of clinical expertise, operational strategy, and a strong commitment to resident-centered experience.
Lori is known for her structured, steady leadership style and her belief that clarity, consistency, and trust are essential to strong teams. What matters most to her is fostering environments where residents feel supported, staff feel valued, and mission guides everyday decisions.
Erin Mason
Director of Human Resources
Erin Mason began her career at Fowler in 2006 as a Van Driver. After just one month, she was promoted to Administrative Assistant, where she gained valuable experience and developed a deeper understanding of the organization. In 2009, Erin joined the Human Resources department as an HR Assistant, beginning a career path that would lead to increasing leadership responsibilities. Over the years, she advanced through the roles of HR Assistant, HR Manager, and ultimately Human Resources Director in 2020.
Fowler has always been more than a workplace for Erin. Her grandmother was a resident at Fowler during her later years, and her father was raised in the surrounding neighborhood. Those personal connections have made Fowler feel like home throughout her career.
Erin is passionate about supporting employees, fostering a positive workplace culture, and helping others grow professionally. She is grateful for the opportunities Fowler has provided and takes pride in contributing to an organization that has allowed her to grow and thrive for nearly two decades.
Lisa Mumford is the Director of Programming at Juliette Fowler Communities, including The Ebby House, a transitional living program for young women, ages 18-24 who have experienced the foster care system or are at risk or experiencing homelessness due to abandonment, abuse, or neglect. Also included in Children, Youth and Family services at Fowler is the newly created Youth Support Center, a multifaceted support program for children and youth that resides at EDCC.
With a degree in counseling and social work, Lisa was privileged to help create The Ebby House program in 2014 as well as the Youth Support Center in the fall of 2020.
Having been involved since its inception, Lisa has directed the success of The Ebby House program which has, to date, served almost 100 young women in residential services, and hundreds of youth being served in ancillary services including referrals to appropriate care, and has served as a consultant for program development for other agency start up programs.
Lisa also leads Juliette Fowler Communities’ unique Intergenerational Programming. Having created and served on the agency’s Intergenerational Taskforce, as well as liaison for other children and youth programs on campus, Lisa purposefully integrates existing East Dallas community partnerships focused on children and youth into the Fowler Community while creating activities and connections within the campus and North Texas communities.
Serving as Director of Programming, Lisa is responsible for guiding and growing current programs such as children, youth and family services, intergenerational programs, memory care, life enrichment and spiritual life, as well as creating and overseeing new programs in health and wellness, and lifetime learning for our residents, community and staff.
Pamela Coit
Director of Organizational Belonging
Pamela Coit serves as the Director of Organizational Belonging at Juliette Fowler Communities, bringing more than two decades of experience and a deep understanding of the organization’s mission, history, and community. She believes every person who chooses Fowler—whether to live, work, volunteer, give, or partner—has a unique story and an important role in shaping the community.
Working across departments, Pamela provides strategic leadership that strengthens relationships, fosters belonging, and creates opportunities for people to connect with one another and the mission of Fowler. She also chairs Fowler’s Inclusion and Belonging Committee, serves on the LeadingAge Leaders of Color Network Advisory Board and State Network Committee, and co-leads the LeadingAge Texas Belonging Circle, helping advance belonging both within Fowler and across the aging services profession.

Jeana Smith is a dedicated professional with a long-standing passion for serving others. She earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Social Work degrees from Stephen F. Austin State University, and is a licensed social worker committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
Since joining Juliette Fowler Communities in 1994, Jeana has had the privilege of supporting both youth and seniors, helping individuals across generations live their best life. Her career has been guided by compassion, purpose, and a deep belief in the power of human connection.
In her current role as Peak Manager, Jeana finds joy in building meaningful relationships with residents and their families while overseeing the daily operations of The Peak. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, integrity, and a genuine commitment to creating a supportive, thriving community for all who call The Peak home.
Jennifer Jorgensen
Director of Community Living
Jennifer Jorgensen is a senior living executive with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and hospice. She has dedicated her career to serving older adults and brings a deep understanding of senior living operations and community leadership.
As Director of Community Living at Juliette Fowler Communities, Jennifer oversees marketing, operations, and life enrichment programs for Jackson Living Center and Pearl Nordan Care Center. She holds a Master of Arts in Gerontology from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, and she is a licensed social worker in Texas.
Jennifer is inspired daily by the wisdom, resilience, and stories of the older adults she serves, shaping her approach to leadership and community care.
Tammy Clayton serves as the Property Manager at Fowler Christian Apartments, where she brings more than 17 years of experience in affordable housing and property management. After joining Juliette Fowler Communities, Tammy played an instrumental role in opening The Peak, the community’s new affordable housing development. Following its successful launch, she was promoted to lead Fowler Christian Apartments.
Throughout her career, Tammy has completed extensive training in HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), USDA Rural Development, and TDHCA compliance, providing her with deep expertise in affordable housing programs and regulations. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming community where residents feel supported and respected while leading her team with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Kelly Westenburg

Kelly Westenburg serves as the Assistant Manager at Fowler Christian Apartments, where she brings both professional expertise and a deep commitment to resident care. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and has dedicated more than a decade to working with older adults.
Kelly began her career with Juliette Fowler Communities in 2021 as a Service Coordinator and has since grown into multiple leadership roles, reflecting her dedication and strong work ethic. Known for her organization, reliability, and compassionate approach, Kelly consistently fosters a supportive and welcoming environment for residents and colleagues alike. A true team player, she is valued for her dependability, collaborative spirit, and unwavering commitment to those she serves.
Shrhonda Jordan-Ingram

Shrhonda Jordan Ingram serves as the Assistant Manager at Jackson Living Center Independent Living, where she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents and staff. A Dallas native, Shrhonda began her healthcare career at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, where she spent 25 years advancing from Housekeeper to Housekeeping Manager through hard work, integrity, and servant leadership.
Inspired by her mother’s resilience and strong work ethic, Shrhonda believes the best leaders serve alongside their teams. Lakisha Floyd

Lakisha Floyd is the Assisted Living Assistant Manager at Pearl Nordan Care Center at Juliette Fowler Communities. She brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, including 8 years dedicated to senior living. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Lakisha plays a key role in supporting residents and families through thoughtful admissions, strong community relationships, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
Lakisha’s background includes operational oversight, team leadership, and collaboration across departments to enhance quality, compliance, and overall performance. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive, welcoming environment where residents feel known, valued, and cared for, while also contributing to the continued growth and success of the community.
Yulonda Cheatham
Resident Wellness Director
Yulonda Cheatham is the Resident Wellness Director here at Juliette Fowler Communities. She brings 29 years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse to the healthcare field. For the past 3.5 years, she has proudly served Fowler residents with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and clinical operational leadership. Her background includes geriatrics, skilled nursing, hospice and assisted living. As a Certified Assisted Living Manager and Certified Dementia Practitioner, she is dedicated to enhancing quality of life, supporting families, and leading the care team to deliver personalized resident-centered services.
Saleta Chatterton
Sales and Marketing Manager
Saleta Chatterton serves as the Sales and Marketing Manager for senior living at Juliette Fowler Communities, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate independent living, assisted living, and memory support with confidence and compassion. With more than 12 years of experience in senior living sales and marketing, Saleta has been recognized with three President’s Awards for outstanding performance. While those achievements are meaningful, she considers the heartfelt gratitude of residents and their families to be her greatest reward.

Ann McKinley
Historical Archivist and Co-Founder of Dementia Friendly Dallas
Ann McKinley serves as Historical Archivist and Co-Founder of Dementia Friendly Dallas at Juliette Fowler Communities, where she combines her passion for preserving history with her commitment to improving the lives of people living with dementia and those who care for them. Since joining Fowler in 2012, Ann has served the organization in a variety of leadership roles while helping document the legacy of Juliette Peak Fowler through historical research and leading Dementia Friendly Dallas, a community initiative that promotes understanding, education, and inclusion for people living with dementia.
Inspired by her own family’s dementia journey, Ann is passionate about reducing stigma and helping create communities where people with dementia can live, age, and thrive. She believes education has the power to inspire people to walk toward, rather than away from, those living with dementia, and through storytelling, education, and community partnerships, she continues to advance Fowler’s mission while honoring its rich history and lasting impact.
Laura Porting
Donor Development Manager
Laura Porting serves as Donor Development Manager at Juliette Fowler Communities, where she leads efforts to connect donors, volunteers, and community partners to Fowler’s mission of creating belonging across generations. She works closely with the Director of Development to design and implement fundraising initiatives that support programs for older adults, children, and youth across campus.
Laura is passionate about building authentic relationships and helping others see the impact of their generosity. She oversees donor engagement, stewardship, and communications—ensuring supporters feel valued and connected to the lives they help change.
Through storytelling, events, and community partnerships, Laura brings the mission of Fowler to life, inviting others to be part of a compassionate and growing community. Her work helps sustain and expand the programs that make Fowler a place where people of all ages can live with dignity, purpose, and connection.
David Hargrave
Community Chaplain
Rev. David Hargrave serves as Community Chaplain at Juliette Fowler Communities, providing spiritual care, encouragement, and pastoral support to residents, families, and teammates. A lifelong member of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), David was ordained to ministry in 2001 after completing his graduate studies.
With more than 40 years of congregational ministry across Texas, along with five years of regional ministry serving churches throughout East Texas, David brings a wealth of pastoral experience to the Fowler community. In 2023, he was called to serve as Community Chaplain, where he continues his lifelong ministry in a new setting. David is passionate about walking alongside others with compassion, offering hope, and helping people find connection, purpose, and spiritual support throughout every stage of life.
Cindy Klymov
Volunteer Coordinator
Cindy Klymov brings a diverse professional background and a heart for serving others to her role at Juliette Fowler Communities. Throughout her career, she has held positions in payroll processing, HR consulting, and business ownership. She also played a pivotal role in helping a nonprofit school for children with special needs remain open during a critical time. Today, Cindy leads volunteer engagement and community-wide events, creating meaningful opportunities that bring people together across generations.
A graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Cindy is passionate about building connections and fostering a sense of belonging. She is actively involved in her neighborhood and enjoys finding ways to serve others and bring smiles to those around her.
Cindy has a special passion for supporting people living with dementia. She is dedicated to creating experiences that help them feel loved, empowered, and engaged while ensuring they can enjoy meaningful moments with dignity and joy.

With over 25 years of leadership experience across companies like Subway, Kroger and Chris Cleans Dallas, Chris has built a career defined by operational excellence and a commitment to people-first service.
As the Environmental Services Manager at Juliette Fowler Communities, Chris leads a dedicated team of Housekeepers and Environmental Services Technicians with a focus on integrity and quality. He is a hands-on leader who actively participates in community events and uses his background in theater to engage residents through original skits and his monthly newsletter, The Cleaning Cart. By combining technical expertise in safety and labor control with a creative approach to customer service, Chris fosters a stable, family-oriented environment that prioritizes both employee relations and resident satisfaction.
Michael Swan
Facilities Manager
Michael Swan is a facilities professional with more than 15 years of hands-on building operations experience. He began working in maintenance at age 15 on affordable housing communities developed by his grandfather in Parker County, where he developed practical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general construction.
Since joining Juliette Fowler Communities, Michael has overseen all campus buildings and grounds, ensuring safe, reliable, and well-maintained environments for residents and staff. He supports major capital improvement initiatives and leads life safety oversight, including fire systems, inspections, vendor coordination, and overall campus infrastructure operations.
Michael is known for his direct, results-oriented leadership style and his commitment to accountability and follow-through. He believes well-maintained facilities are foundational to dignity, safety, and quality of life. Living on campus with his wife and two daughters, he takes personal pride in serving the community he calls home.
Quinton Shipp
Assistant Facilities Manager
Quinton Shipp is a facilities leader with experience in building operations and plant management within senior living communities. He began working in maintenance at age 18 and trained at Texas Welding School (TWS), building a strong technical foundation in structural and mechanical systems.
Prior to joining Juliette Fowler Communities, Quinton served as Maintenance Manager in McKinney before advancing to Assistant Regional Director of Plant Operations with StoneGate Senior Living, where he supported operations across multiple communities.
Since joining JFC, Quinton has supported campus-wide maintenance operations, helping ensure safe, efficient, and responsive environments for residents and staff. He believes strong leadership means stepping in to support the team when needed and leading by example. Inspired by caring for his grandmother in her later years, Quinton is committed to maintaining a campus where residents feel secure, respected, and cared for.
James Mullins
Director of Dining Services
James Mullins serves as Director of Hospitality at Juliette Fowler Communities, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and five years dedicated to senior living. Throughout his career, James has developed a strong passion for serving others, creating meaningful experiences, and building relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Ami Edge
Ebby House Program Manager
Ami Edge is an LMSW (Licensed Master of Social Work) mental health professional who manages The Ebby House Program. She joined Juliette Fowler Communities in 2022 as a Master’s-level intern and transitioned to Program Manager in 2023. Ami holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Diana Garland School of Social Work and is also a part-time Mental Health Therapist in the greater East Dallas community with Lifeologie Counseling Practice. She also holds certifications in Mindfulness, Psychotherapeutic Yoga, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
Ami has a special place in her heart for helping those who have come from tough and unjust circumstances obtain connections to new opportunities, mentors, and the space to dream and create the life they want. Working with the young women of The Ebby House has been one of the most meaningful and important parts of her social work career.
